About Deborah Freehling, MD
Dr. Deborah Freehling is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist who treats the full spectrum of ENT conditions for patients of all ages — infants through seniors.
Specializing in both medical and surgical treatments, Dr. Freehling treats allergies, sinus and nasal disease, tumors, hearing loss and more. “I love to help make patients feel full of energy and vital again,” she says.
Thinking outside the box and always starting with medical management is fundamental to Dr. Freehling to find solutions for difficult cases, “Each time I walk into a patient’s exam room, I feel like the Sherlock Holmes of ENT, sleuthing out the causes of their symptoms. It is very rewarding,” she says.
Her broad knowledge of each of the subspecialties within the ENT field, along with her humor and compassion, help her to provide exceptional care. When surgery is needed, Dr. Freehling is experienced in a variety of procedures — from open head and neck surgery to the newest technological advancements in microscopic ear and sinus surgery.
Dr. Freehling enjoys practicing with El Camino Health Specialty Care because of the shared commitment to offer patients the latest proven techniques and practices. Dr. Freehling is available during office hours, and when on call, over weekends and holidays.
