About Stanley Fischman, MD

Stanley Fischman, MD - Child and Adolescent Psychiatry | El Camino Hospital

Dr. Stan Fischman is a psychiatrist who treats patients of all ages — children, adolescents and young adults. He has a special interest in eating disorders, attention deficit hyperactivity disorders (ADHD), childhood depression and the use of genomic testing to better serve his patients.

He wants his patients to know that although their conditions are serious, treatment can be pleasant and positive. There are many modes of treatment to draw from, and he uses some of the most innovative approaches from a growing body of medical knowledge on mental health. Today’s patients can have fun learning about themselves and how to manage their lives.

Dr. Fischman appreciates the excellence of the many and varied colleagues at El Camino Hospital who, in their many roles, are supportive of his work. As a result of their superb devotion to care, he is able to treat his patients in a comfortable and caring environment.
