- Apply for hospital privileges. Fill out our pre-application questionnaire to receive a medical staff or allied health staff membership application.
- Pay membership fees. Take care of staff membership fees and annual dues online or by check.
- Update your information. Keep your physician profile current by letting us know about any changes to your location and contact information, insurance coverage or other details. To update your written bio, please email us and someone will contact you.
We appreciate how valuable your time is, so we continually look for ways to increase efficiency. We’ve incorporated new process improvements to help physicians with chart completion, including assistance from two designated medical records liaisons.
