Mountain View, CA - June 30, 2009 - El Camino Hospital will go smoke-free on all its campuses as of July 1, 2009, implementing the smoke-free campus resolution passed by its Board of Directors last September. While we recognize how difficult it is to quit smoking, we want to provide a safe and healthy environment which encourages positive health choices.”
Staff who would like help to stop smoking have access to resources through employee health services; patients, visitors and the public can access smoking cessation programs through the Cardiac and Pulmonary Wellness Center. (650-940-7130).
