Investments for Our Community's Health

Whether it’s encouraging safe, healthy play during recess at local schools, teaching families how to grow their own food, or helping low-income seniors maintain a safe home environment, our Community Benefit grants are an anchor for our partner organizations working to build a healthier community.

In Fiscal Year 2025, the El Camino Healthcare District and El Camino Health invested $11.2 million in 138 grants and sponsorships with community and hospital-based programs.

These strategic investments are guided by ongoing community conversations and a comprehensive assessment of local health needs, ensuring we provide the right level of support for the populations we serve. Together with our healthcare partners, our Community Benefit grants expand access to care, close gaps in behavioral health services, promote healthy lifestyles, support individuals with chronic conditions, and reduce financial barriers to essentials like food and housing.

By using data-driven strategies, we are strengthening our community partnerships and building a robust network of programs and resources for our neighbors experiencing vulnerability, creating a healthier, stronger community for all.
