Shared Governance Leadership
 CPC Chair, Karen Roman, and Hi all, we are Karen and Rachel, currently serving as your CPC Chair and Co-Chair. For our FY26 goals, CPC is working to improve RN-MD communication and engagement as well as improving communication by building healthy relationships between units. Our hope as leaders of this shared governance council is to foster a culture of openness and transparency with collaboration that improves patient outcomes and enhances our work environment.
