A Registry of Caris Life Sciences® Molecular Intelligence™ Service (Biomarker Assessment Results) Intended for Correlation with Cancer Clinical Outcomes
Study Type/Phase: Registry
Status: Not Recruiting
The Caris Molecular Intelligence™ Registry is a multi-center, prospective and observational outcomes tracking study designed to collect data on the demographics, presentation, diagnosis, treatment, resource use and outcomes of eligible patients who previously have undergone Caris Molecular Intelligence™ tumor profiling for treatment of solid tumor cancer. Detailed molecular profiling information about a participating patient’s disease is integrated with the patient’s clinical data, including treatment plan and response, through the the collection of outcomes data at 9-month follow-up intervals from the time of subject enrollment through five years/off-study. The registry will provide vital information access to research collaborators and will inform physicians about the efficacy of various cancer therapies. The data is intended to demonstrate the clinical efficacy of tumor profiling and to assist physicians in delivery of precision medicine to their patients.
Patients having undergone Caris Molecular Intelligence™ evaluation for diagnosis and/or treatment management are potential candidates for the registry. Speak with your doctor to determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria for participation in this study.
