Giveaway Rules
Eligibility
Giveaway VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY.
The "South Asian Heart Center Diabetes TweetChat Giveaway" is open to legal United States residents, who are 18 years of age and over at the time of entry. Giveaway is open to all community members, El Camino Hospital employees and family members, contractors, and vendors. (District and Hospital Board Members and officers excluded).
To Enter
To enter, Tweet a question using hashtag #AskECHExpert during the South Asian Heart Center Diabetes TweetChat. Anyone who Tweets a question using #AskECHExpert hashtag during event time period will be entered. One entry per person. All entries be must be made by conclusion of the South Asian Heart Center Diabetes TweetChat (scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Pacific on Wednesday, November 18, 2015). El Camino Hospital is not responsible for lost, incomplete, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties, or inability to transmit Internet entries.
Selection of Winners
El Camino Hospital will select one winner at random from among all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by Tweet on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 by 3 p.m Pacific. If an entrant selected as a winner does not respond to the Tweet within 24 hours of being contacted, is found to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with the rules of this contest, he or she will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected at random from among remaining eligible entries.
Prizes
The winner will receive a $25 Whole Foods gift card. Whole Foods is not a sponsor of the giveaway. Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No substitution of prizes is allowed. Prize winners are responsible for any applicable tax. Returned or unclaimed prizes will be forfeited, and no alternate prize shall be rewarded.
Conditions and Restrictions
Winners, by acceptance of their prize, agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless El Camino Hospital, its employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any and all liability, loss, damage, costs or claims related to the receipt of or use of the prize or any allegation regarding the award.
