Please join us for a discussion on topics surrounding maternal mental health and wellbeing.  Topics will include an overview of what is known as the baby blues, how to plan in advance for support after the birth of a baby, and a review of how partners and family can participate in the journey. 

This class if facilitated by a member of the Maternal Outreach Mood Services (MOMS) Program at the Scrivner Center for Mental Health & Addiction Services at El Camino Health.  This is class is provided free of charge for all participants and is a great addition to other baby preparation courses.
