AIM to Prevent (Assess, Intervene, Manage), is a program that helps participants understand their hidden risk factors, prevent the onset of diabetes, and reduce the likelihood of having a heart attack. AIM to Prevent is a one year program that includes a comprehensive assessment (risk assessment, biometrics, laboratory test, and results review), a science - based lifestyle intervention (4 workshops), and personal health coaching (monthly, 12 touchpoints).

The program is based on the MEDS Lifestyle platform (Meditation, Exercise, Diet and Sleep). The program processing fee is FSA/HSA reimbursable. The laboratory test for the program is typically completed through your healthcare provider (or by the Center for an additional fee).
