A healthy breakfast is arguably one of the best ways to start your day. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll discover simple and delicious breakfast dishes that will help you start your day with energy and determination. We’ll talk about how to craft a meal-worthy smoothie, upgrade oatmeal and make a flavorful scramble out of humble tofu. At the end, we’ll sit down and enjoy the hearty spread of breakfast staples we’ve prepared.
What to Expect
We're looking forward to cooking with you! Here's some information to get you prepared for our classes.
Hands On. Put on your apron and get ready to chop, saute, and taste test your way through each recipe. Our classes are geared toward all skill levels. Please wear closed-toe shoes, tie long hair back, and wear clothes that can get a little messy.
Personal Attention. Small class size of 12 students max, usually working in groups of 3 allows you to get all of the personal attention and guidance you need.
Learn from the Best. This class is led by Dr. Cate Collings, a Board Certified Cardiologist and Lifestyle Medicine Specialist, and Alexandra Regalado, a Registered Dietitian. They are passionate about cooking delicious and nutritious meal and love sharing their knowledge.
