In this class, learn how to craft the world’s healthiest ingredients into delicious everyday comfort foods. When you leave, you’ll understand all you need to know about superfoods and why they can be lifesaving, cost saving, and time saving. We’ll end this group cooking experience by enjoying a meal together, including Soul-Soothing African Peanut Stew, Pumpkin-Banana Nice Cream, and more.
