In this live, virtual cooking demonstration, you will learn how to make nutrient-dense and flavor bursting Nourish Bowls! These hearty meals, also known as Buddha Bowls, are an easy and delicious way to nourish your body well throughout the week. In this class, you'll learn to assemble your meal prep items and leftovers into nourish bowls using plant-based elements including greens, colorful veggies, plant-based protein, a flavorful sauce, and a colorful garnish of nuts and seeds. You'll also learn how to prepare simple sauces that make eating vegetables easy.


You will receive the recipes in advance so you can follow along in your kitchen if desired. See you soon for this fun and skill-building virtual cooking demonstration!
