The information from the frontlines of the coronavirus pandemic is clear:  the people most vulnerable to severe infection are the ones with pre-existing conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.  Fortunately, lifestyle and dietary interventions can help to treat these diseases.  In this talk, we will explore some of the research-based evidence on nutrition and how our food can be used not only to prevent but also to treat and reverse chronic disease.  This talk will focus on hypertension and such atherosclerosis-related diseases as coronary artery disease, erectile dysfunction and even low back pain.  Learn the details of how nutrition can treat these conditions to reduce medication burden and improve outcomes.  Some of the findings may astound you.
