New boutique gyms offering boot-camp style, high intensity workouts are popping up everywhere, claiming you can get a better workout in half the time. But is High Intensity Interval Training safe? Is it any better than just cruising on your stationary bike for 40 minutes? In this class, you will learn about workout guidelines, risks and benefits, and strategies to get started.
