Description

Have you noticed your body is a bit more stiff and sore than usual? Has pain limited your daily activities, your sleep and quality of life? Could tight muscles be the problem? Lack of muscle flexibility is a common problem and a common cause of pain in both active and sedentary people. In this class, you will learn about the importance of flexibility and the many benefits of including it as a regular practice. Topics covered include stretching programs, injury prevention, pain management, massage therapy and more.
