Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken proactive measures to ensure the safety and security of El Camino Health’s hospital campuses for our employees, patients and their visitors. We will be cancelling all of our maternity classes, groups and tours at our Los Gatos campus until further notice. We appreciate your understanding and will be issuing you a refund if you were scheduled to attend a maternity class in April 2020. If you are expected to deliver soon and are looking for information on any particular maternity topic, we would be more than happy to help you. Certified instructors teach students to recognize unconsciousness, respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, and choking in infants and young children. Performing effective CPR and use of 911 are taught. Don't miss this opportunity to be prepared - learn CPR today!
This class follows the American Heart association format. Please plan to arrive on time; late arrivals are disruptive to the program. Students may not bring their infants to the class. Please do not wear lipstick to class- our mannequins thank you!
This class is recommended for parents, grandparents and child care providers.
No certification is given.
A single registration with completed payment covers Two persons sharing one mannequin. If you wish to register for only one person the cost will be 50 dollars.
A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 2 weeks prior to the class start date. A refund, less $15.00 processing fee will be given for cancellations made at least 1 week prior to class start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations occurring less than 1 week prior to the class start date.
