這些都是預防糖尿病計畫(DPP)學員對我們營養師提出的問題。這次我們邀請營養師做一次對大眾開放的網路問答,歡迎您來向營養師提出你的疑問或傾聽他人的疑問,了解糖尿病預防的有效途徑,體驗一下有營養師解答您的疑問,健康減碳水,有效預防糖尿病,其實並不那麼困難!

只要在家以電話或電腦上網,就可以參加網路問答(webinar)。報名後,我們會把上網的連結寄給你。

 

  • Is it true that sweet potatoes and pumpkins are better than rice and even better than long-grain rice? 
  • I drink vegetable & fruit juice every day, is that healthy?
  • I'm trying to control my diet and decrease intake of red meat and carbohydrates, but what should I do if I'm not eating enough? Is it possible to control my blood sugar level by just eating less? 
  • My weight is normal, but my blood sugar level is high. Is it useless to try to do anything?

These are questions that Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) participants ask our dietitians. This time, we invited our dietitian to do an online Q&A open to everyone. You are welcome to ask the dietitian questions or listen in and learn about effective ways to prevent diabetes. You would experience what it is like to have your questions answered by a registered dietitian. Effectively preventing diabetes is not that difficult.

You can join the webinar right from home from your phone or computer. After registration, we will send you a link to join the webinar.
