We will schedule your FREE pre-assessment consultation before the start date of the "STOP-D: Stop diabetes before it starts" program. You will enroll and pay the program fees once we determine if this program is a great fit for you.

Details

STOP-D is a structured, one-year lifestyle-focused curriculum based on the proven National DPP (Diabetes Prevention Program) created by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Feel supported and support fellow team members as you join this program to manage pre-diabetes and diabetes:

  • Personal coaching
  • Social support
  • Weekly email motivations

You may utilize your FSA/HSA dollars to cover the program cost. El Camino Health employees may enroll in the program for a discounted fee of $300.
