As many as 1 in 3 women, and 1 in 10 men, suffer from a urinary problem like leakage, urgency, or frequency. As women lose estrogen due to menopause from aging or cancer treatments, the likelihood of urinary issues increases. Unfortunately, many seek treatment and continue to struggle with symptoms that can, and should, receive medical care. Learn about the types of leakage, techniques for control, and treatment options to help you improve and restore pelvic health and the freedom and quality of life that comes with it.
