Description

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the new buzzword in the health and fitness world. High intensity workouts are popping up everywhere, and proponents claim you can get a better workout in half the time. But is High Intensity Interval Training safe? Is it any better than just cruising on your stationary bike for 40 minutes? In this class, you will learn about workout guidelines, risks and benefits, and strategies to get started.
