As many of us adjust to new ways of living due to Covid-19, exercise is more important than ever, as it can help improve your immunity, manage stress and keep you productive. In this 3-part series, you will learn about how to incorporate exercise at home, how you can make changes, and stay fit through home workout routines, flexibility routines and more. Join our Exercise Physiologist for some valuable sessions and get expert answers to your questions.
