As Covid-19 unfolds, many of us have had to make changes in our fitness routines, moving from gym workouts to home workouts. While this may be stressful, a change in your workout routine can help you make improvements in your fitness. In this virtual class, you will learn how to take your workout safely to the next level. Topics covered include workout progression, how to make changes and reduce injury risk, and how to stay engaged and motivated.
