In this three part series, you will learn about how to incorporate exercise at home, how you can make changes, and stay fit through home workout routines, flexibility routines and more. As many of have shifted our ways of performing our workout routines due to Covid-19, our muscles can become sore and stiff as we adapt to the new stimulus. In this presentation, you will learn about how to incorporate stretching into your routine to keep you moving more efficiently.
