Are you still stiff and sore? With many of us still cooped up at home, many of us are moving less, and sitting more. Maybe you have tried to do some walking, only to find that your legs are stiff and are sore afterwards? This is where a flexibility routine might come in handy. In this class, we will focus more on the fundamentals for creating a flexibility routine that you can implement into your workout schedule.
