Our series of Zoom online classes will meet eight times from March 17 to May 5, 2021. Each class includes a discussion on relevant topics (listed below) followed by gentle yoga and breathing exercises designed for cancer patients, survivors and caregivers.
All classes in the series are free but space is limited. Registration is required. Participation in the entire curriculum of eight classes is encouraged.
