There are many things we know we "should" do to maintain our mental health. However, for most of us, it is "easier said than done," because we all need to practice and know where to start. During this workshop we will briefly review some principles of maintaining mental health during a highly uncertain and stressful time. Then we will work through and practices skills that help us manage and cope with this challenging time.
Remember to bring pen/pencil and your questions to this workshop.
