[Virtual Class] Mindfulness Yoga Meditation in Motion

Details on how to join the Zoom class will be provided by ART Mindfulness Programs.
Connecting the mind, body, and breath helps us to direct our attention inward. Through this process of inward attention, we learn to recognize our habitual thought patterns without labeling them, judging them, or trying to change them. Physical well-being, lightness of heart, clarity of mind are few of many benefits of yoga.
Each class will include meditation, mindful yoga movements, deep healing relaxation and group discussion.
