靜坐與減壓Introduction to Meditation 

現代科學已經證實,練習靜坐可以疏減壓力,促進身心健康。根據美國國家健康研究院(NIH)2017年的報告,百分之十四以上的美國人練習靜坐,是2012年三倍。講座中會從現代科學的角度,介紹靜坐對健康的益處,靜坐在生理上的機制,並有靜坐的入門導引練習。
