古老的正念(mindfulness)源於禪修靜坐,練習對當下保持覺察和專注,且不加論斷,主流醫學已廣泛應用來紓減壓力,並促進身心健康。正念可以訓練細密的覺察力,是每個人都能學習的技巧。
