February brings several important observances that are relevant to our community partnerships as we honor both American Heart Month and Black History Month. Each month has important awareness initiatives, and while there are more than we can capture in one newsletter, we are excited to commemorate these occasions by featuring some of our key health improvement grant partnerships. Monthly observances help spread awareness and enhance learning. They also create opportunities for important discussions and building connections in the community.
