- conflicts of interest
- unethical activity

- sexual misconduct or harassment
- coding or billing inaccuracies

How the Compliance/Privacy Hotline Works
When calling the El Camino Hospital Compliance/Privacy Hotline, you may leave a message describing the suspected compliance or privacy issue. Please provide as much detail as possible in your message.
All calls to the hotline are investigated and treated with respect and may be made anonymously. Unless you would like to be contacted to discuss your message further, you do not need to leave your name or any information that may identify you. Callers who choose to give their names and contact information will have their identities protected.
Good-faith reporting is a key success factor of our corporate compliance program. As such, El Camino Hospital prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern to the hotline. El Camino Hospital will take appropriate action against any individual determined to be engaged in retaliating conduct.
