Hospital Patients & Visitors Guide

Whether you're with us as a patient or a visitor, we're committed to providing a positive experience that encompasses health, safety, comfort and convenience.

By order of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department, masking is required for all patients, visitors and staff from November 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 during the winter respiratory virus season. Hospital masks are available throughout the facility.

All visitors must be healthy and not have any COVID- or flu-like symptoms. See our Visitors Information page for more information.
