Dr. Cindy Russell specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She enjoys caring for patients and improving their lives. Dr. Russell takes time to understand each patient’s medical history, needs and expectations and then explains their options thoroughly to help them make the best surgical decision.
 
Because Dr. Russell’s goal is to have the best surgical outcome for patients, she focuses on understanding their needs before and after surgery. She closely follows up with patients during recovery and makes herself available to answer their questions.
