Follow Me Desktop
Follow Me Desktop - your own Windows desktop that’s accessible at computer stations throughout the hospital - allows you to access all your files and open applications wherever you are. Simply tap your El Camino Hospital ID badge on a Follow Me Desktop station and you’re logged in to your desktop. The Single Sign-On feature learns login credentials for applications such as Epic, HPF, PACS and others, so you don't have to remember multiple logins or reopen apps when moving from station to station.

iCare Electronic Health Record System
On November 7, 2015, El Camino Hospital implemented iCare, an electronic health record system powered by the Epic platform. iCare provides physicians with a comprehensive view of the patient’s story within El Camino Hospital and other organizations that use Epic. With features such as Epic’s Care Everywhere, physicians have access to patients’ information from hundreds of other Epic facilities. This comprehensive view of patients’ medical and treatment history allows physicians to make informed decisions about their patients’ care.
