El Camino Hospital and PRN Announce Tentative Agreement on Three-Year Contract

Mountain View, CA - March 18, 2013 - El Camino Hospital and the Professional Resource for Nurses (PRN) today announced that they have reached a tentative agreement on a three year contract for the hospital's registered nurses.

"We are pleased with the outcome of these contract discussions and know that El Camino Hospital and the hospital Board of Directors are committed partners to our nurses," said Patricia Aleshire Briggs, MS, RN, president of PRN.

"We thank the PRN for being a good collaborative partner in the development of this three-year contract," said Tomi Ryba, chief executive officer of El Camino Hospital. "Our nurses are the backbone of our organization and we value the contribution they make as we move forward to meet the Triple Aim of quality, service and accountability."

The tentative agreement is set to be ratified by PRN members on March 28 and the hospital Board of Directors will consider endorsing the agreement at its next meeting on April 10, 2013. For more information on the agreement visit, https://prnatech.org.
