Make a healthy choice today and sign up for El Camino Health’s Wellness Walks. These monthly walks can help change your perspective and get you started on a healthier lifestyle.
The first Wellness Walk took place on June 14, 2025, and there will be one walk a month for six months through November. The walks are led by one of El Camino Health’s wellness experts, and each walk starts with a brief overview of a health topic. During the walk, you can ask questions related to the health topic. Walk with friends and family — or attend solo and make new friends and connections.
These walks are designed to be welcoming and accessible — perfect for all fitness levels.
