Raju Iyer

Chief Financial Officer

Raju Iyer joined El Camino Health in January 2026 as chief financial officer and has more than 25 years of healthcare finance leadership experience. He oversees financial strategy and services for the enterprise.

Before joining El Camino Health, Raju served as CFO of UCSF Health and Sutter Health where he led large-scale financial operations, capital investments, and transformative growth initiatives. At UCSF Health, he was responsible for financial stewardship across multiple hospitals and hundreds of clinics, supporting major infrastructure projects and joint ventures that advanced the system’s mission and reach. At Sutter Health, Raju was responsible for the financial operations for 21 hospitals and five medical foundations, managing multi-billion-dollar capital investments, and had a role in developing long-range strategic plans. During his career, Raju has had various levels of involvement in the building of five hospitals from planning to construction.

He holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago.
