October 17, 2016 - El Camino Hospital announced today the appointment of Donald C. Sibery, MHA, FACHE to the position of interim chief executive officer for its hospitals located in Mountain View and Los Gatos. He will assume this role effective October 24, 2016.
Mr. Sibery is a board certified and masters prepared healthcare executive with over 40 years of CEO, COO, consulting and executive coaching experience. He has a history of leading high performance teams, implementing organizational strategies, creating collaborative physician relationships and meeting community health needs. He is able to maintain momentum in organizations going through transformational changes and has extensive experience serving in senior level roles for high quality healthcare systems with multiple locations. The contract with Mr. Sibery is for a six-month timeframe.
