Visitors Information
We're committed to maintaining an open, welcoming environment on our campuses, and we make every effort to accommodate visits to our patients.
Visitors Guidelines
Effective November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026
El Camino Health recognizes designated caregivers, such as family members as important care partners in a patient’s healing journey. We encourage and support designated caregivers such as family members to be present during shift report, multidisciplinary rounds, and discharge planning discussions to ensure that all are aligned to support the patient in their healing journey.
By order of the Santa Clara County Public Health Department, masking is required for all patients, visitors and staff from November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 during the winter respiratory virus season. Hospital masks are available throughout the facility.
Additionally, visitors must be healthy without any of the symptoms listed below, and must follow our Hospital Visitor Guidelines.
