Amanda Apardian, EMHA

Amanda Apardian serves as Vice President of Physician Strategy and Business Development, where she leads strategic initiatives to advance physician alignment, growth, and access to care. With more than 15 years of experience across large, complex health systems, she brings deep expertise in physician strategy, ambulatory expansion, and operational growth.

Prior to joining the organization in January 2022, Amanda spent 11 years in progressively senior roles at leading academic and community health systems, including Dignity Health and the University of Southern California’s Keck Medical Center. She joined ECHMN as Executive Director of Strategy & Innovation and later transitioned into her current role, where she has played a pivotal role in developing and executing our physician recruitment strategy, growth and acquisitions, as well as the design and planning of ambulatory growth initiatives.

Amanda’s leadership focus spans academic and community health, service line development, ambulatory growth and expansion, and operational strategy. She is recognized for her collaborative approach and her ability to translate strategic vision into measurable results.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with emphases in Comparative Politics and International Relations, from the University of Southern California, as well as an Executive Master of Healthcare Administration from USC.
