David Neapolitan

David Neapolitan is an accomplished healthcare finance executive with more than three decades of leadership experience in hospitals, medical foundations, and academic medical centers. He has served in senior financial roles at Stanford Health Care, Emanuel Medical Center, Alameda Hospital, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital of Orange County, leading major operational improvements, financial turnarounds, and complex transactions.

David’s expertise spans financial strategy, revenue cycle management, capital planning, IT implementation, and organizational restructuring. Known for his collaborative and steady leadership style, he is a trusted partner to executives, physicians, boards, and community leaders.

A native Californian, David lives in Half Moon Bay with his wife, and they have raised three children. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golfing, fly fishing, and simply spending time outdoors along the coast.
