Vice President, Strategic Growth

Elizabeth ("Liz") Kim joined El Camino Health in November 2025 as the Vice President of Strategic Growth, where she leads the implementation of El Camino Health’s vision for enterprise-wide expansion through mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other partnerships.

Before joining El Camino Health, Liz served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Sutter Health. In that role, she successfully completed transactions involving physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, radiation oncology centers, and other ancillary healthcare services. Liz also brings 15 years of experience as an investment banker at Cain Brothers, where she advised not-for-profit, for-profit, and academic health systems nationwide on transformative transactions involving primary care, acute care, and post-acute care services.

Liz holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
