Helen Iese, EdD is the Vice President of Compliance for El Camino Health Medical Network, where she leads the organization’s compliance program and supports ethical, high-quality patient care. In this role, she oversees regulatory compliance, billing and coding integrity, internal auditing, privacy and risk management collaboration, provider education, and policy development in alignment with federal and California healthcare requirements.

With almost 20 years of experience in healthcare compliance, Helen has worked across medical groups and integrated healthcare organizations, partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders to strengthen compliance culture and reduce risk. She brings a collaborative, practical approach to navigating complex regulatory environments, including Medicare, Medi-Cal, HIPAA, and other state and federal healthcare regulations. She is recognized for her commitment to transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Her leadership focuses on building strong compliance foundations, promoting ethical decision-making, and supporting providers and staff in delivering safe, compliant, and patient-centered care.

She holds advanced education in business and healthcare leadership and maintains professional certifications in healthcare compliance.
