Peter Goll

Chief Administrative Officer

Peter Goll serves as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of El Camino Health, where he provides operational and financial leadership across a broad and complex ambulatory and physician enterprise. In this role, Peter has P&L responsibility for 25 staff-model clinics and more than 180 IPA locations, overseeing more than 520 union and non-union support staff, 160 employed clinicians, and over 400 independently contracted clinicians across the Greater Silicon Valley Area.

With more than a decade of senior executive experience, Peter is recognized for driving operational excellence, strengthening physician alignment, and advancing sustainable growth strategies. Prior to joining El Camino Health in July 2024, he served for over ten years as Chief Executive Officer of Physicians Medical Group of San Jose and Excel MSO, where he directed the organization’s strategic vision, financial oversight, and day-to-day operations.

Peter is a results-oriented healthcare executive with deep expertise in market analysis, financial planning, operational transformation, and physician organization management. He is known for building trust-based relationships with physicians, partners, and stakeholders, and for leading teams through complex change with clarity and purpose.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration and Management from California Coast University and has completed advanced executive education in Strategic Decision and Risk Management at Stanford University and holds a Master's for Applied Business Process from University of San Francisco.
