Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup frozen pineapple or mango chunks
- 1 fresh banana
- 1 Tbs coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon each of turmeric, cinnamon, ginger
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2-4 peppercorns
