1 minute: Change your toothbrush. Dentists recommend getting a new toothbrush every two to three months, so if you’ve had the same once since Thanksgiving, it's time to make a change!
5 minutes: Check your sneakers for wear and tear. If the tread is getting faint, or there's more obvious wear on one side, it's time for a new pair. Walking is one of the best exercises you can do, so make sure your shoes are in top shape and won't cause slips or stumbles.
15 minutes: Did you know that your spice cabinet is one of the germiest places in your entire kitchen? Take 15 minutes to declutter it now, get rid of anything expired, organize it, and wipe down the bottles and jars to get rid of any leftover food particles or germs.
30 minutes: Wake up 30 minutes earlier than normal (but after a full night of sleep) and get outside and enjoy the morning sunlight while it's quiet and peaceful. It’s a great way to start your day on a positive and relaxed note!
