1-Minute Tip: Open the blinds. Let some sunshine into your home first thing in the morning! Open the curtains or blinds and fill your home with some natural light to instantly brighten your mood! Bonus points if you open the windows and let some fresh air in.
5-Minute Tip: Test your fire alarm. The yearly time change is a great reminder to check your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and change the batteries.
15-Minute Tip: Do some balance-enhancing exercise. Whether it's lunges, squats, or a few yoga poses, take 15 minutes to focus on improving your balance and coordination.
30-Minute Tip: Get a flu shot. With very few exceptions, the CDC recommends everyone over the age of 6 months should get an annual flu shot. Remember how nice it was to avoid colds and flu when we were all wearing masks? Continue that streak by getting a flu shot at your nearest pharmacy, clinic, or doctor's office.
