1-Minute Tip: Check your sunscreen to make sure it's not expired. Remember that once opened, it loses effectiveness more quickly, so replace any old or expired bottles or tubes immediately.
5-Minute Tip: Take a 5-minute screen break. Give your eyes a rest and avoid looking at screens for a few minutes to rest and reset.
15-Minute Tip: Do a 15-minute warmup. Stretch thoroughly prior to a walk or other form of exercise. Doing so can keep your muscles limber and reduce the chance of injury.
30-Minute Tip: Weatherstrip your windows and doors. Help insulate your home to keep cold air in and hot air out, by lining windows and doors with weatherstrips.
