Fresh Berry Smoothie

Put your best healthy foot forward with this anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting recipe.


  • 1 frozen banana (sliced)
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tsp coconut oil


  1. Wash, dry and cut the spinach and fresh fruit, then set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth. Add more liquid depending on consistency preference.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
