Put your best healthy foot forward with this anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting recipe.
- 1 frozen banana (sliced)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup raspberries
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Wash, dry and cut the spinach and fresh fruit, then set aside.
- Add all ingredients to a blender and combine until smooth. Add more liquid depending on consistency preference.
- Serve and enjoy!
